Kent Area AGM:
Saturday 4 February 2012
The 2012 AGM will be held at Brockhill
Park Performing Arts College.
Motions for debate should be sent to the Area Secretary, Robert Peel,
no later than Saturday 7 January 2012.
While there is no deadline for nominations for the various offices,
it would aid efficient conduct of business if nominations were sent to
the Area Secretary by Saturday 21 January 2012. However, don't be
put off if you miss the date - we are always keen to hear from people
interested in playing a role in Area Activities.
The offices to be filled by election at the AGM are:
- Chairman
- Two Vice Chairmen
- Area Treasurer
- Area Secretary
