Ashford Ramblers are an active and
energetic group within the Ramblers' Association. The group,
which was founded in 1971, offers a wide and varied walking
programme with two walks most Sundays.
The Group's walks encompass all the parishes within the area of
Borough Council, plus others further a field, covering the
classic and beautiful Kentish downs, weald and marsh.
Because of Kent's proximity to mainland Europe, Ashford Ramblers have
been leading the way in developing links with both French
and German walking groups.
We have our own web site here: www.ashford-ramblers.org.uk.
Feel free to browse our current programme;
visitors and new members are welcome on any walk. If you have
any questions or comments please contact us.
