Space in the car park is limited and you may need to park in nearby roads. Please observe directions from stewards.


Kemsing station is about a mile away by public footpath.


Service 452 leaves Sevenoaks at 9:02 and reaches Kemsing at 9:26. Please check at before travelling.

Our 2017 AGM is being hosted by Sevenoaks Group at Kemsing Village Hall.

3. To receive Apologies for absence

4. To approve Minutes of the 32nd AGM held on 6 February 2016

5. To receive the Annual Report

6. To receive and approve the Annual Accounts and Treasurer’s Report for the year ended 30 September 2016

7. To consider any motions of which due notice has been given

8. To elect the Honorary Officers and other Members of the Area Council:

Voting: Please remember to bring your membership card with you. Nominations for elections may be sent to the Secretary until 28 January 2017 - nomination form here.

Note: The Area Council consists of the Honorary Officers and Members above, representatives from each local Group (appointed by the local Group Committee) and co-opted members including post holders appointed by Area Council.

9. To appoint two delegates to the Ramblers’ General Council on 1 & 2 April 2017 in Southampton

10. To appoint an Independent Examiner
