Welcome to Kent Ramblers!

You will find lots of information about our groups and how to contact them.  We have thirteen groups spread right across Kent so there will be one near you if you want to meet some local ramblers and join in any of their activities.

Two of these groups are for members in their 20’s and 30’s - The West Kent Walking Group and the East Kent Walking Group (formerly Trailfinders).  They will give a very warm welcome to anyone wanting to join – just ring or email for information.

Our groups offer a full programme of guided walks and new members are always made very welcome.  There are lots of walks to choose from.  Whether you like short walks or long walks or would like information on getting started, we can help you.

Regular walks are mainly intended for members, but you are welcome to join a Group for two or three walks on a try-out basis. As a member you can walk anywhere with UK or Kent Group.

We have a team of volunteers monitoring the condition of footpaths and reporting any obstructions.  We work with Kent County Council and the neighbouring Local Authorities on rights of way and countryside matters.
